Pokemon Detective Pikachu @Kings Heath Library

Welcome to Screen B14’s screening of the first ever live-action Pokémon movie, Pokemon: Detective Pikachu.

When Tim Goodman’s detective father goes missing under mysterious circumstances, the 21-year-old insurance appraiser is desperate to find out what happened. He is encouraged to follow in his father’s footsteps, and solve the mystery, by a wise cracking, adorable Pikachu (Ryan Reynolds). This accessible and family-friendly comedy has been a hit with audiences this year, with something for both die-hard Pokémon fans and people unfamiliar with Pikachu’s universe alike.

Tickets for this screening are available at £3, £5, £12. Choose what to pay based on your circumstances. We ask that you be honest with yourself and your financial situation. This allows us to provide financial flexibility to those who most need it and make our screenings affordable to more people.

We are entirely volunteer-run and we are charging for tickets to cover all of our running costs. We want to continue offering affordable screenings to our local community but we can only do this if everyone is honest with the tickets they select. We currently do not have funding, so we are reliant on our income from tickets to exist.

Children under 3yo are free if they are sat on their parent’s lap. If the child requires a seat, they will need a separate ticket.

Tickets for PAs/carers are available free of charge.

If you require seating to be reserved for a carer, contact screenb14@gmail.com.
