Star of the Week

Each Monday a child from each class is chosen as 'Star of the Week'. Their achievements are celebrated in a special assembly with a certificate and a letter sent home.

Congratulations to our Stars of the week 07 May 2024

Bunnies- Adonai for showing determination with his personal independence at home and school.
Otters- Whole class for settling into the new routines.
Woodpeckers- Enoch for working really hard and showing determination when exploring different foods in class
Crickets- Whole class for showing happiness and joy when exploring in class.
Deer- Imran for showing determination in his personal learning targets
Grasshoppers-Stephen for amazing effort in exploring his senses in science and even eating sour foods such as lemon. Big progress for Stephen.
Bumblebees- Alieu for always trying his best within his lessons. Being so king and helpful within the class too.
Squirrels- Jared for showing personal independence.
Ladybirds- Arian, for always being so friendly and making the adults happy when he says hello.
Wildcats- Whole class for teamwork while having an excellent start to swimming and being really grown up and making sure each other are safe and doing the right thing.
Chipmunks-Abdul for showing kindness when tidying up the Chipmunks classroom and offering to help adults.
Badgers- Harry for demonstrating good teamwork in PE
Robins- John for excellent engagement and work in all lessons and activities

Also, well done to Haddi, who won the Barry Stokes Award for effort and determination. I'm also delighted on the number of kindness leaves given out this week - Charlotte, Alieu, Jad and Omar (from Bumblebees); Noah and Jack (from Chipmunks); and George (from Wildcats).

Well done to all our children for working hard and following our school values.

Congratulations and well done everyone!
